Judah Food Delivery (“Judah Foods”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and data of restaurant partners (“Vendors”, “you”, “your”) who use the Judah Food Delivery Vendor App. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Vendor information.
By registering as a Vendor or using the Vendor App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Vendor & Business Information
- Restaurant name and description
- Business address and service location
- Contact person name and phone number
- Food safety and compliance details (e.g., FSSAI number)
- Restaurant logo and images
- Operating hours and menu details
1.2 KYC & Verification Information
- Government-issued business documents
- Bank account details or UPI ID
- Identity verification documents of authorized representatives
KYC documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorized administrators.
1.3 Order & Transaction Information
- Incoming and completed orders
- Order status updates and timestamps
- Sales data, payouts, and settlement history
- Refunds, cancellations, and dispute records
1.4 Device & Technical Information
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- IP address
- Log data for security, auditing, and troubleshooting
2. How We Use Vendor Information
- Verify and onboard vendors
- Enable order receipt, preparation, and fulfillment
- Process settlements and financial reconciliation
- Provide sales reports and analytics
- Communicate operational updates and support
- Detect fraud, misuse, or policy violations
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
3.1 With Platform Participants
- Users: Restaurant name, menu, pricing, ratings, and order status
- Delivery Partners: Pickup location and order details (excluding sensitive business data)
- Admins: Verification, compliance, audits, and dispute resolution
3.2 With Service Providers
- Payment Processors (Razorpay): Payouts and settlement processing
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Secure storage and hosting
- Firebase: Notifications and system messaging
- Analytics & Monitoring Tools: Performance and reliability analysis
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Data Storage & Security
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive information
- Secure cloud infrastructure with access control
- Signed URLs for protected files and documents
- Role-based access and audit logging
While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure.
5. Data Retention
- Vendor profile and transaction data retained while the account is active
- Financial and tax-related records retained as required by law
- KYC documents retained securely for compliance and auditing
- Data archived or deleted upon account termination, subject to legal obligations
6. Vendor Rights & Controls
- Access and update business profile information
- Update menus, pricing, and availability
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request account deactivation or deletion (subject to legal retention)
- Contact support regarding data usage or privacy concerns
7. Cookies & Tracking
The Vendor App does not use browser cookies. System logs and anonymized analytics may be collected to improve reliability and performance.
8. Confidentiality Obligations
- Keep user order information confidential
- Use customer data only for fulfilling orders
- Not misuse or store customer personal data outside the platform
Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination.
9. Third-Party Services
The Vendor App integrates third-party services such as payment providers and notification systems. Their data handling practices are governed by their respective privacy policies.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Vendor App or official channels.
